It supports bulk issuance of electronic invoices for local sellers on SHEIN Brazil and automatically uploads them to the platform, eliminating the need for manual invoicing and uploads. UpSeller also supports automatic invoicing settings, and successfully issued invoices can be uploaded to SHEIN automatically.

Some SHEIN orders may need to be split into multiple packages when the number of products causes the parcel to exceed size or weight limits. Go to “Orders → Order Processing → Pending Assignment → Pending Review” and click “Split Order”. After splitting, the main order and sub-orders are clearly displayed. Each sub-order shares the same platform order number, buyer information, and recipient information, while logistics information is managed separately. Note: Once an order split is confirmed, it cannot be modified again.

Yes. UpSeller supports multiple product listing methods, including manual listing, product collection, store migration, and bulk editing and publishing. It also provides AI-assisted features such as AI titles, AI descriptions, and image editing. When creating products manually, sellers can use AI to generate titles and descriptions and speed up product listing.

UpSeller supports transferring product data across platforms, sites, and stores. There are two methods: claiming individual or multiple products to a store, or migrating an entire store. First, select the source platform and sync the product data. Then select the target store to complete the migration. After the migration is complete, go to the SHEIN draft list to edit and publish the products.

Yes. UpSeller supports SHEIN order profit analysis, summarizing profit data at the order level so you can view revenue, fees, costs, and other data and easily identify profitable and loss-making orders. Product profit analysis is also supported, with expenses allocated to each SKU. Product cost data can only be obtained automatically when the inventory feature is enabled, either with inventory deduction or product matching only.

Yes. UpSeller optimizes the platform’s standard shipping labels and supports multiple label formats, including A4, 10×15, and 10×20. With custom shipping labels enabled, sellers can add information such as product titles and variations to improve picking efficiency. SHEIN Brazil users can also choose whether to display information such as prices, DDC, and buyer messages based on their needs.

Yes. Sellers can authorize multiple SHEIN stores in UpSeller and centrally manage products, orders, inventory, and other operations across different stores. Once a store is successfully authorized, the system automatically syncs online products and orders from the past 10 days. If there is a large amount of data, synchronization may take some time.
